Sculpt 8 Fitness offer an Exchange ONLY POLICY on all of our items. By purchasing from our website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

We are aware that items can fit differently and urge customers to review our size chart or get in touch should you have any questions or queries regarding size before purchasing. You can contact us directly on Sculpt8enquiries@gmail.com and we are happy to assist you and recommend guidance on sizing and best recommended product for you if you are unsure. 

To make an Exchange request please contact us on Sculpt8enquiries@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the items. Please email us with the subject as 'Exchange Request' and include your order number. 

Please also include the following in the email:

  • Your full name and address
  • The item you wish to exchange
  • The size you originally purchased 
  • The size you wish to exchange
  • Brief description of the reason for the exchange

We will then get back to you by email with a returns address to send the item purchased back to us. You must return the item back to us within 7 days otherwise we will not be able to offer an Exchange past this time. We allow 14 days for International Exchanges ONLY. 

We are not responsible for any items that are unsuccessfully returned back to us, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the returns delivery is successful. In the event that we do not receive your item sent back to us we will not be liable to offer an Exchange on the item.

All items will be inspected upon return, items must be undamaged and in the original condition in the packaging, including tags. We reserve the right to refuse an Exchange on the items not in their original state.

Once your item has been returned to use, please allow up to 3 working days for the exchange to be processed and shipped out to you. Exchange requests are subject to size availability. Should we not have the size you wish to exchange we will offer another alternative product similar to the one you have purchase, or electronic store credit will be sent to the email address you used at the check-out. 

Please note all SALE ITEMS are non-refundable. We do not offer Refunds, exchanges or store credits for items purchased at a discounted price during a sale event. It is the customers responsibility to carefully review their purchases before completing a transaction. Please email us if you are unsure about the product or size before your purchase and we are happy to help you.
